The Premium Spring Arm Bracket System allows for quick and easy banner changes.  Just bend the rod down, slip off the banner and slip on a new one.  This hardware system is recommended for areas with stronger wind conditions.  Manufacturer rates for wind speeds from 25 - 30 MPH.  For locations that can have higher wind speeds, we would recommend the WindBreaker Bracket Hardware System F5600.

The set includes:
2 spring arm brackets, two white fiberglass arms, four 40" stainless bands, two clip pins, and self tapping screws and washers.  The pole size is 30" long.  Choose a single banner set to hang one banner on a pole.  Choose a double set to hang two banners on a single pole.
